Returns

You can return any item within 90 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please do not send your purchase back to Costco.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within a few days but it can take up to 3 weeks.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds can take 10-13 business days for the money to be credited to your original payment method, from when we process your return.  If you have not received your refund after this time frame and have already made inquiries with your credit card company, please reach out to us at info@kigoldus.com

Shipping

To return your product, contact us to receive a return authorization email and packing slip.  Please only return the item using the prepaid shipping label provided with your return authorization email.
